1. Our Services

TechVaders provides full-stack software development and technology consulting services, including but not limited to: mobile app development (iOS, Android, cross-platform), AI development (agentic AI, generative AI, computer vision), IoT platform development, metaverse and immersive experiences, and custom enterprise software. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are set out in separate agreements (e.g., statements of work, master service agreements) between you and TechVaders.

2. Use of the Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to: (a) use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or data; (c) transmit malware, spam, or any harmful or offensive content; (d) scrape, copy, or use automated means to collect content without our permission; or (e) interfere with the proper functioning of the site or the experience of other users.

3. Intellectual Property

The TechVaders website, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and other content (except where otherwise noted), is owned by TechVaders and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. For client projects, ownership of deliverables is governed by the applicable project or service agreement.

4. Client Projects and Confidentiality

When you engage TechVaders for development or consulting work, the terms of that engagement (including scope, payment, IP, and confidentiality) are set out in the contract between you and TechVaders. Nothing on this website modifies or supersedes those contractual terms. We treat client information and project details as confidential in accordance with our agreements and our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimers

Our website and any materials or information on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Descriptions of our services, case studies, and capabilities are for general information only and do not constitute a commitment to deliver any specific outcome unless agreed in a separate contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechVaders and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or from any reliance on its content. Our total liability for claims related to the website (and not to a separate client contract) shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater. Liability for client projects is governed by the applicable project agreement.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechVaders and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the website shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
